Terms of Service

This EZZY CARE Terms of Service (the “Agreement”) contains the terms and conditions that govern Your access to and use of the Service Offerings (as defined below) and is an agreement between HC SBS Resources (“HC SBS”, “EZZY”, “EZZY Malaysia”, “EZZY CARE”, “Us”, “Our”) and You or the entity You represent (“You”, “Your”).

This agreement takes effect when You click an “I Accept” button or check box presented with these terms, or when You use any of our Services (the “Effective Date”). You represent to us that You are lawfully able to enter into contracts (e.g. You are not a minor).

If You are entering into this Agreement for an entity, such as the company You work for, You represent to us that You have legal authority to bind that entity. You acknowledge that You have read the Agreement, and You agree to its terms and conditions and all policies posted on the EZZY CARE Website.

As referred to in this Agreement:

    1. “EZZY CARE website” refers to the Site located at the URL https://www.ezzycare.my, or any other successor sites owned or maintained by HC SBS Resources.
    2. “EZZY CARE Partner” refers to EZZY CARE or its affiliates’ computer system that the Customer connects to receive the Services.
    3. “Services” refers to the customer services made available by HC SBS Resources or its affiliates.
    4. “Site” or “Website” refers to a World Wide Web site.
    5. “Business Hours” refers to a period of time commencing from 9.00 AM to 6.00 PM on any Monday to Friday excluding a Public Holiday based on Malaysia calendar.
    1. Generally. The term of this Agreement will commence on the Effective Date and will remain in effect until terminated by HC SBS Resources.
    2. Term. Unless sooner terminated pursuant to other terms of this Agreement, and except as otherwise provided in this Agreement or other Supplemental Agreement, this Agreement shall be for an initial term of one year and shall be automatically renewed each year for additional one-year period.
    3. Special Promotion Terms. If you have subscribed to the Services via special  campaigns or promotions, the special terms and conditions of the respective  campaigns or promotions (“Campaign Terms & Conditions”) shall prevail in the event  of conflict between the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Campaign  Terms & Conditions, unless expressly provided in the Campaign Terms & Conditions.
    1. Ringgit Malaysia. Payment only accepted in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) unless stated otherwise for international client.
    2. The payment is non-refundable once EZZY CARE has confirmed the payment.
    3. Payment made through our platform will go through payment gateway by ToyyibPay (ANSI SYSTEMS SDN BHD).
    1. Once payment is complete and confirmed, EZZY CARE will submit the purchased goods to our affiliate Courier Company within 1-2 working days.
    2. EZZY CARE shall not be held responsible for any lost or damaged throughout the shipping process by Courier Company.
    3. Shipping usually takes up to 3-5 Days (Peninsular Malaysia) and 7-8 Days (Sabah & Sarawak).
    4. Shipping rates is as stated below:
      • Peninsular Malaysia: RM10 for first 500g, RM3 for each additional 500g.
      • East Malaysia: RM20 for first 500g, RM10 for each additional 500g.
  • We are committed to providing quality products to our customers. While we hope that you are always satisfied with your EZZY CARE purchase, we realize there are times that you may need to return a product. By purchasing from this site, you agree to our return policy in full, as listed below:

    1. Returns must be made within 7 days of your received date for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
    2. Merchandise must be proven in a defective and unused condition. The Company shall not be held responsible for any lost or damaged throughout the shipping process by Courier Company.
    3. We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return.
    4. Only products purchased on this site may be returned for refund, exchange, or store credit. If you are entitled to a refund or store credit, we will process the calculated refund within thirty (30) days of us receiving the returned goods in their original condition. You will receive notification of your refund from us via email. Products purchased at this site are not accepted for return at our Partners.
    5. Shipping usually takes up to 3-5 Days (Peninsular Malaysia) and 7-8 Days (Sabah & Sarawak).
    6. Please note on the front side of your receipt or packing slip the reason for your return. Please mail your EZZY CARE product return to:
